1. Who we are

OrdaForma is a small business founded by Gage Emmerich, offering smart, 3D-printed products such as the MAGNOTE magnetic accordion sticky-note dispenser. You can reach us any time at ordaformaofficial@gmail.com.

2. Products & made-to-order

Our items are made to order using 3D printing. Because each piece is printed individually, slight variations in color, layer texture, and finish are normal characteristics of the process and are not defects. Product photos and the 3D preview are representative; your item may vary slightly.

3. Orders & payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through Square; we never see or store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors). Placing an order does not guarantee availability until we confirm it.

4. Shipping & delivery time

Because every MAGNOTE is printed to order, please allow approximately one week (about 5–7 business days) for your order to be produced and shipped. Larger or bulk orders may take longer, and we’ll let you know if so. You’ll receive updates at the email you provide at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays.

5. Returns & refunds

If something isn’t right with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at ordaformaofficial@gmail.com and we’ll make it right — a replacement or refund for defective or damaged items. Because products are custom-made, we may be unable to accept returns of undamaged items, and custom, branded, or bulk orders may be non-refundable. Please double-check your color and quantity before ordering.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, product models, images, and site content are the property of OrdaForma and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

OrdaForma’s products are desk accessories intended for ordinary use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Keep strong magnets away from small children, pacemakers, and electronic media.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
